I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Redmond, WA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I passed my first interview and was then declined after the second interview. There was usually 1 week gap between each step (Request for interview, 1st Interview, 2nd Interview). I was never informed how the process worked or how many steps there were (which I asked in my first email after getting the interview offer).
Interviews consisted of a pretty general chat to begin about previous experience, not much detail (which I would've prefered to better show my skills and knowledge) and then a coding question.
Interviewers weren't particularly prepared other than the coding question, they weren't sure what I applied for or where I was going (Santa Clara or Redmond). No feedback was given post decline after requesting some (at the time of writing this, a few days later). Declining was a generic email from an @HR domain, not even from the specific recruiter I was liaising with previously.
