Interview
Very intense interview process. First round was a phone call with their recruiter, it was full of give me a specific instance questions. The next round was a very intense personality/problem solving/analysis test - be prepared to spend 2+ hours completing it. The 3rd round was another phone interview with the corporate Finance Manager and the questioning is like a drill session. Make sure to have lots of specific occurrences handy to answer the questioning with.

Interview
in person interview at regional office with four people lasting 40-45 minutes each - it's a long day. The issue is that the only way to get to this point is you have to do well on the assessment NVR gives which is a way to weed out people, in my opinion good, qualified people.
