The interview process is long. 1st theres a phone interview. Them you get emailed a test. If you pass you get an interview. You will interview with a maximum of 3 people. They will ask you questions about how you would handle situations.

Phone Interview and online testing prior to face to face panel interview with 3 people in upper level management (2 managers and the Division VP). Each interviewer interviewed me separately, lots of STAR questions.
