There was a phone interview with the recruiter, which was fine. I also met with their TA Director and a suite of team members. The most off-putting part of the process was doing an online test which was part personality test and part SAT. I'm amazed that any non-native English speakers would be hired because it was challenging for someone who plays NYT puzzles regularly and reads a book a week. As a recruiter, this was a serious concern of mine. What's amazing is that this pre-employment assessment is apparently an IMPROVEMENT on their earlier process which would just nix people from consideration.
