NVR Project Manager Trainee interview questions

Interview was conversational and didn’t feel like an interrogation. I had interviewed with three people and they all were warm and welcoming. Hiring process was lengthy because they want candidates that seeks to be a project manager and are training you for it. My honesty of life goals probably is the reason why I didn’t get the position, however career wise I want to be a project manager in the construction industry and unfortunately that wasn’t a risk they wanted to take. So, if you want this position don’t let them know you have a personal goal of being a real estate developer etc. learn from me.
