Interview
First round is HR phone call screening. she asked some basic questions, such as why do you want to change job. What did you do during career break.
Second round is video interview with hiring manager and the the upper level manager.
They went through my resume and tossed some questions. Introduce the job requirement.
Then reference check
Final one is HR calling to inform the salary and benefits. However, the salary is non-negotiable.

one time interview with local manager, mainly ask question about job details, and previous work experience. Another time is to interview with HQ's director, also check lots of points about your career planning and attitude toward this position.
