Applied through website. Had one interview in person. Interview was with two upper management people. The interview was easy and laid back. Seems like they are looking to hire younger people as the agency is filled with older employees who may be retiring soon.

None of the questions were difficult. There were no technical questions asked as this is not a position which requires technical ability.
