Interviews were set up by department chair at my college. The setup was relatively quick and I was ready to go. I arrived 5 minutes early waiting for my set time of 30 minutes for the interview and was kept waiting for 15-20minutes to meet with 3 individuals. I did fair but after the interview, the holdup was what stuck on my mind.
