I took an exam online which assess your qualification and work experience for the position. It's not a technical exam, however your score on this exam decides the order in which candidates for the position are contacted for interviews. I believe that a passing score is a 70.

There was a lot of scenario based question. An example would be how would you address a community that are upset about actions the agency is taking in their community. What are your greatest traits. Have you any experience doing this type of work. etc.
