There was a preliminary screening, an individual interview, and then a panel interview. Everyone is interesting to talk with and friendly. It wasn't the right fit for me, but it seemed like a great team of people. The time between interviews was very long (about a month).

Multiple rounds of interviews with supervisors and teams to see if the fit was there and would align with outcomes/goals. Interviews were held virtually using Zoom to meet and connect.
