I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health (New York, NY) in Jul 2023
Interview
Was referred by an employee and promptly interviewed over Zoom, where I was asked if I had any questions about the role (Research Coordinator in Cardiology dept.). After about a month and a half of waiting, I was moved on to the next round for an in-person interview. Extremely incompetent Hiring manager barely asked me any questions and made me do her job. I was ghosted afterwards, as she did not answer the questions in my emails. Very disrespectful, considering I was referred and waited over two months total only to be ghosted. Great hospital system ruined by awful hiring managers.
