The interviews were very straightforward. I initially had a phone interview. The following week I met with the manager of the facility. We discussed the position, toured the facility, and went through a list of questions. The interview took a little over a hour and I thought it went well. The next week I met with the HR rep for about 15 minutes. She ran through another list of questions, made a copy of what she needed and informed me that a decision would be made, regarding which candidates would be moving forward to reference checks, in a few days (I got the impression that they wanted to fill the position sooner rather than later). A week later I heard nothing and reached out via phone. I left a message and didn't get a callback. A week after that I sent an e-mail and still nothing. At this point I assume I didn't get the job which is fine. I only wish they would have been courteous enough to say that or at least update my application status on their website. Overall, the staff seemed nice, the facility was aesthetically pleasing to the eye but the followthrough was definitely lacking.
