I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health in Jan 2018
Interview
Phone interview - asked questions about previous RN experience. Agreed to set up in person interview with the chair of the department and then sent a rejection e-mail. Very unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Agency reached out via LinkedIn. Entire process took 6 weeks with multiple interviews online and onsite with agency and NYULH. I was given a verbal offer, but then a few days later received a "the department has decided not to pursue your candidacy for the position." I was ghosted by agency and NYULH. I left very disappointed as I felt agency communicated one way to lure the candidate and then told something entirely different by HR who was never part of the interview process.
