Speaking to the hiring manager via phone, and if that goes well, you move your way to the director via video call. I honestly thought the entire process was very basic and not a lot of technical questions. The only issue is they don't get back to you about the status. I'm sure the company as a whole is great, but I think there are way better hospital employers that are far better.
