Three zoom interviews, one each with hiring manager and two Directors. Interviews were scheduled one week after I applied and took place with two weeks. Department Administrator scheduled the interviews instead of HR and was very responsive and helpful. Interviews were more conversational instead of questions and answers. Interview
The department reached out to me directly one week after I applied. I had three 30 minute interviews: first with the hiring manager, second with the person who was formerly in the role and had recently transferred, and third with a central finance employee who works with the hiring manager. All three were pleasant and the interviews were more conversations rather than questions and answers. All three interviews were scheduled within two weeks of the department first reaching out to me. I received an offer 10 days after the last interview. From submitting the application to receiving an offer was 32 days.
