A on-site interview was followed after a phone interview by a senior HR. The phone interview focused on my background both in previous major and projects in university and industrial experience. She was very kind to describe a detailed responsibilities and then put forward questions. The on-site was a second round. The panel included department head, head associate and the lady I talked with early before. They really cared about why I would like to start my career in NYU Shanghai.
