The initial contact and phone call went well. My issue was when I went to follow up with the interviewer (who stated on the call they would contact me a week later with updates). I did follow up a couple week's later asking about our interview last week and if he had any feedback. His response: "Thanks for your note. My feedback for you is that your time management skills need work. Our interview was not last week it was three weeks ago." Pretty rude to be sending that to an external applicants especially if you as an interviewer said you would contact me a week later after it has been over three weeks like you stated above.
