Interview
Three rounds of interviews, each about two weeks apart. HR -> project lead -> team panel. All were friendly, engaged, and clearly passionate about NYU as an employer and educational institution. Communication dwindled at the tail end of the process. Questions were standard.

The interview process for this instructor position was quite simple and straightforward. The interviewer was extremely approachable and made the entire experience very comfortable. They asked a few basic questions, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed, which made it much easier to engage in the conversation and express my ideas.
