It's a long process just to get a phone interview. It took over 6 weeks of submitting my application online to receive an email. The phone interview with the recruiter felt rushed, rude and too casual/informal. Recruiter was also bold enough to ask me if I had any offers on the table, then based his opinions on that. The recruiter also accused the summary of my extensive background and projects as "fluff" which was offensive. Despite his tone on the phone and other indicators that he wouldn't move me forward, he still waited 2 weeks before sending the rejection email. I'm no longer interested in any jobs at this institution, after this experience.
