More like a conversation. Very friendly but ended in around 20 minutes, I was the last one to be interviewed. Three persons were interviewing me. From very different disciplines. All went well and concise.

Three rounds of interviews; first the chair, then the committee; then the whole group (Including job talk). Job talk focused on key research areas, key contributions, and key areas of future interest.
