It can be difficult to get an interview at NYU without knowing someone who already works there. Had multiple interviews with cross-departmental participants. The questions were fair, but the interviewers asked many. Interviewers were professional and well-prepared. It turns out that the position really should have been several positions, which is not an uncommon practice at NYU.
