I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Nagarro (Bengaluru) in Jun 2021
Interview
I didnt like their interview process honestly. They ask you to take one IQ test, then case study & then 1 technical round
They have one case study which they ask every one to complete. It takes almost 2-3 hours to complete. There is one guy who takes the interview & asks the exact same questions to everyone & wont call you back despite of how good you perform. I am saying this after discussing with some of my friends who gave the interview at Nagarro. . Its like they are just finishing a task of conducting x interviews in y amount of time.
