It took 1 week to complete the process. Initially HR gave me paper test to complete in which I got selected, after 3 days i also cleared technical interview and got finalized. But after week or so nothing happened. I called HR and he said he got fired due to their internal conflict. That was disgusting they don't know how to treat people if they have their issues then why they not solve internally.

Overall, my interview went well. I felt prepared going in, which helped me stay calm and focused. The interviewer asked a good mix of technical and behavioral questions. Some technical questions were challenging, but I managed to work through them logically. I appreciated that the interviewer gave me time to think before answering.

1. HR phone call, very friendly HR staff, asked me to introduce myself, my past experience, my expected salary and sent me a link for the subsequent technical assessment
2. a technical test online. Around 45 minutes time limit. MCQs or short coding questions. About Java, Git, Spring, Docker, HTML/CSS
3. 15 mins meeting Hiring Manager plus 1 hour technical interview with two IT directors.
Overall a good interview experience. The interviewers were friendly and willing to answer all the questions you asked. Provided guidance when needed.
