1) Recruiter interview 2) Hiring manager interview 3) Task for which you are told to complete in 36 hours.
Until it got to the task stage, all went quite quickly. It took them five days after sending in my task to send me an automated rejection email stating "We have reviewed your background and qualifications and find that we do not have an appropriate position for you at this time. We appreciate your interest in Nakisa and wish you success in your job search." What?! How can you screen someone, interview them for a position, request them to do a task and then send them such a vague and unreflective automated email like this?! This is the type of automated email you send someone who never even makes it past the recruiter call. Not someone who you have obviously deemed qualified enough to do free work for you.
Really unprofessional, which I should have assumed from the reviews, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully this saves other candidates from making the same mistake. Spend your time applying to other companies that would be more respectful.
