Interviewed with HR Manager first, 2nd interview with Global VP of Marketing, 3rd interview with Senior Product Marketing Manager, and final interview was with CEO. First 3 interviews went well, seemed like I was a strong candidate. 30 minute "interview" with CEO was rushed, CEO did not know the mandate of the role, seemed to think it was a junior position. This tells me he wasn't briefed before speaking with me. Also asked me questions that did not make sense as they pertained to the job role, again indicating he wasn't briefed properly. After "interview" with CEO, HR went silent, waited a week, would be nice to know given my time involved if I was rejected or not either way. Sent a follow up email after a week, no response, sent another email after 2.5 weeks politely explaining it's a competitive market and other companies at least respond to people. Red flags everywhere, withdrew my candidacy.
