I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nalashaa Solutions (Bengaluru) in Jun 2016
Interview
Highly professional and well organized interview taken. I had gone through 4 rounds of interview.
1st was HR and was basic discussion about company and screening of my expertise.
2nd Round was technical screening taken by Lead CRM Consultant.
3rd Round was Practical test where I had to provide working solution of requirement they have given. 4th Round was more detailed technical round where mostly architecture and real time scenarios were asked.
Unfortunately I could not cracked the last interview but I am highly satisfied with their detailed outcome of the interview where they have specified my week areas and why I am not selected. First time I have seen such detailed feedback to candidate.
Thanks for your time and giving me chance to face the interview.
