I had the most stressful and anxiety inducing 24 hours of life “interviewing” for a position with this company. The staff did not respect my personal boundaries and called me all hours of the night/day outside of the windows they set up with me through email, including after I had told them I was no longer interested in the position. After a couple of phone calls at strange hours, them pressuring me to fly to Boston the following day, trying to get me to move across the country in one week, and them trying to negotiate a lower salary in lieu of stock, they essentially gave me a job offer without truly knowing anything about my technical background. They only asked vague technical questions and were mostly making sure I was okay with working 60 hour weeks and not telling anyone about what I did. I felt so uncomfortable about the insane urgency of the situation and the lack of personal respect. This was one of the worst professional experiences of my life and I wouldn’t recommend anyone apply.
