My interview was with Thomson Reuters before they were acquired by Nasdaq. There were a total of three interviews: a phone screen, a panel meeting, and another group interview with a presentation. The presentation was to showcase how you would redesign an existing website in order to improve it. They wanted a breakdown of content and navigation, along with an assessment of your client service skills and how you best work with people by phone. Attention to details and timeliness was a huge part of the discussion.
