Thorough but very obvious they needed someone desperate - kinda screamed “toxic culture” from the desperation. They asked a lot of questions and they roundabout mentioned how undervalued they all felt without actually saying it. But I needed the job so I proceeded to take it - I could only last 6 months before quitting
