The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Natera in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online back in September 2018 and then I was called by a Recruiter from Natera. This phone interview was more of a screening to make sure I was somewhere in the ballpark of what they were looking for and vice-versa. This was about a twenty minute phone interview. After this I had a web-video interview with the hiring manager that lasted about an hour. Finally, I had a five hour web-video interview with 4 people one-on-one and then a panel interview with about 6 people. The panel also included me teaching a mock-class. The reason I'm giving this a negative experience is that after jumping through all of those hoops I still had to email and call for a couple of weeks before they let me know that I was not being considered.
