Smooth and quick interview process at the start, with clear communication and easy self-scheduling through the recruiter. The structure was: recruiter screen, hiring manager video interview, interview with a team member, and a final panel with the full direct team of several people. However, after all of that, I received zero feedback. No updates, no response to my email, not even a basic rejection notice for almost two weeks after sending a follow up. Considering the almost month-long process and the number of rounds, including providing materials as part of the process, the lack of communication was really disappointing. I only received a rejection email from the recruiter after I reached out to a team member on my own because I was very interested and had other competing deadlines. It seems like many candidates have had the same experience, several interview rounds, then silence. Even top-tier companies don’t do this many interviews only to ghost candidates after so much time invested into the interviewing process.
