I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Natera (Fresno, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Interviewer was clueless about job requirements. His English was not comprehensible. He wasted one hour asking the same question over and over which was not related to the job requirement and was not a match to my resume. He kept mentioning that he works on it and he would keep the interview simple by asking only one question. It is over a month now and there is no reply from HR yet. Very bad experience overall.
Recruiter reached out quickly and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager the following week. The process moved efficiently. The hiring manager was respectful and professional, and the conversation was pleasant throughout. Although I did not receive an offer, it was a positive interview experience overall.
Talk with the hiring specialist, generic questions about interest in the company, employment history, what motivated me to apply. No questions regarding how my experience fitted the requirements or needs of the role. Super generic. He told me that the hiring manager for the position would make me those questions.
After that rejected. No feedback.

Question 1
How did you hear about us? What do you know about the company?
Neither the HR nor the HM were responsive. Each round took 1 month; took days to reply to my email. The questions are relatively easy and I answered well, but got rejected. Sounds like no more HC.
