Interview
Applied online, received an email asking for phone screen availability from a recruiter. The recruiter then set up a 15 minute phone call which in actuality was 2 minutes which consisted of 2 questions: salary expectations and are you willing to negotiate (aka "are you ok with being paid less").
I then got set up for a zoom meeting in which the supervisor for the position I applied for didn't even turn her screen on. It was all too casual and didn't seem like they appreciated your time.
