Started off promising, I got in touch with their recruiter from Accordance. Talked to two of their recruiters, I asked very basic questions about the company and they didn’t even seem to believe in Natera. After the first call I was told I would get another. So we set a time for my interview a week later. Didn’t hear back from anyone for three weeks then after setting another interview time no one called. A day after I was suppose to do my phone interview one of the recruiters called me out of the blue to set up a time. Of course, the time for the interview comes close and this time i get an email that it was cancelled. The reason I was initially told it was cancelled because the manager would be in a meeting that we will reschedule an appointment in the next couple of days. Then later that day I got another email that they decided to go with a candidate internally and that “these things happen”. Honestly happy that I didn’t move forward because their recruitment process sucks I can only imagine what it must be to work for Natera after this. I was doing research on the company thought I’d hear them out and I would encourage anyone considering them should as well and proceed with caution. Based off their reviews and my experience, they don’t show much promise.
