I applied directly online to the company website, and received an email the next day to schedule a phone screen. On the day of the phone screen, I was asked only a couple of questions such as do I have a CLS license, desired salary, and about the commute. After that, I was told more about the company, benefits, and to pick which team I want to interview with.
