Natera is a complete and utter joke. Do not waste your time with this company at all. This is the second job I have applied for, and 1-2 times they have stood me up. With one of the times, the recruiter being 20 minutes late. All the negative reviews of this place is true! Do not waste your time applying and maybe even talking to them, because they are unorganized and a total mess. I wish I could go back in time, and never tried to get a job here. Do not walk away from this place, RUN! Gosh I am in disgust with myself, for giving this place a try a second time.

How would you feel if we stood you up for a phone interview?
I scheduled a time for a phone screening but the recruiter stood me up. He apologized 2 days later and forwarded me directly to the hiring manager. I ended up receiving a phone call from someone who was not the hiring manager I was told I was going to speak with. The first thing he told me was "I have not had a chance to look at your resume yet." ... this was disheartening considering I had invested a lot of time to prepare for the interview. He then proceeded to ask me very specific questions about Western Blotting (a lab technique I had limited experience with in college). I was confused as to why I was getting quizzed about a technique their company does not even utilize. Even after I expressed that I had limited working knowledge of the technique he continued to quiz me. It seemed as if he had some personal obsession with Western Blots. Overall, it was a very strange interview experience and I never ended up hearing back from them.
