I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Natera in Apr 2014
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by HR after few days for a phone interview. I was then scheduled another interview with one of the scientists the following day. Many technical questions were asked which were very standard.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asking about coding and IT experiences which were not even on the job requirements/descriptions. I answered as much as I could, and I also let him what I didnt know but I could learn if someone trained me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Natera (Austin, TX) in Jun 2026
Interview
Phone screening with recruiter, Zoom meeting with team manager, and then an on-site interview/meeting with 3 other RAI's. I was consistently told good things about all of my interviews, I got along well with everyone I spoke to. When I reached out to follow up, I was told I would have answers the next day. That same day, an hour later, I was sent an automated denial email. I tried reaching out again to inquire about the decision and have never received an answer. The process took about 3 weeks. I was led on tremendously. The position was still open after they denied me - I have no answers as to why they made the decision they made. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
lots of questions about how you work in a team and how you work in high volume labs. did a call interview with the recruiter, video interview with the lab manager, and in person interview with the lab supervisor and 3 of the RAs
Two remote interviews and one on site interview. Very behavioral focused where you want to show that you are team oriented and know problem solving skills. You also want to be able to ask any entry level technical questions.
