A recruiter contacted me and I had 2 interviews, one with a Bioinformatics Scientist and another one with the hiring manager. The interview process was really nothing different from others that I have been through, but what I didn't expect was the arrogant attitude of the people and their eagerness to setup interviews and just disappear afterwards without a word. I am guessing that I am not going to get an offer and I would not accept it anyway if those were going to be my coworkers. After reading other reviews it seems that my experience was not very different from theirs. Maybe Natera people need to polish their manners a bit.

Question 1
A programming exercise and some technical questions about hashes.
Recruiter reached out quickly and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager the following week. The process moved efficiently. The hiring manager was respectful and professional, and the conversation was pleasant throughout. Although I did not receive an offer, it was a positive interview experience overall.
Talk with the hiring specialist, generic questions about interest in the company, employment history, what motivated me to apply. No questions regarding how my experience fitted the requirements or needs of the role. Super generic. He told me that the hiring manager for the position would make me those questions.
After that rejected. No feedback.

Question 1
How did you hear about us? What do you know about the company?
Neither the HR nor the HM were responsive. Each round took 1 month; took days to reply to my email. The questions are relatively easy and I answered well, but got rejected. Sounds like no more HC.
