The recruiter was very friendly and nice. Following interviews with the hiring manager and final round with 5 others were alright. Hiring manager did not ask about background or discuss the role but instead did several case studies that went on for an extra 30 mins than scheduled. The hiring manager kept changing the requirements of the case including often using "what if" and " assume that is already true" after I had answered the question. In the final round another interview with the hiring manager was held and during the last 15 minutes I was given a large excel file with problems to complete. hiring manager wanted the work done that night and even noted "if you're not busy, you can take an extra 30 mins to work on it with me on the line". the data was from 2021 through September and could be viewed as a current dataset in the company. Further more, during the same call with the hiring manager I was also asked to present a previous work of mine in which the hiring sought to counter argue my points and findings even thought I specifically listed the limitations of this project at the end while thoroughly explaining the data I had used(given to me). Very poor experience and the hiring manager clearly does not understand time and professionalism.
