The phone interview with the recruiter was only 10 minutes long and felt very rushed with basic hiring questions that were less about the position and more about hiring logistics. The thing that stood out to me was being asked would I be willing to start two weeks from offer date. Then I was pressured to name an interview time before I got off the call. Second interview was great, but when I asked about the start date was told it was flexible and what the recruiter had said was way off. Then told that I should look forward to hearing back for scheduling another interview. I waited two weeks and followed up twice before getting sent to the original recruiter who forwarded me a no reply auto reject with no explanation.
