I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Natera (San Carlos, CA) in May 2024
Interview
Recruiter set up a quick 15 min phone screening then scheduled a video interview with 4 members of the shift team I would be working with. None of the people in the panel interview turned on their cameras and only asked behavioral technical questions. One of the questions was "if you were harassed by your coworkers for reporting one of them to upper management due to them not doing their work what would you do?" This was asked by one of the supervisors and clearly something is up with their work culture.

Question 1
If you were harassed by your coworkers what would you do?
The interview went by pretty quick. It felt very casual and fast-paced. They will ask you technical questions and what you know about company products. It’s not a very challenging interview, once you come prepared.
