I interviewed for an account executive position via zoom with the internal company recruiter. I had what I believed to be a very professional and positive interview and was told she would be advancing to candidates to the hiring manager from her 6-8 interviews. She said she would be following up but I was ghosted and no reply back to my follow up emails. She did state she was just starting with the company and 5 weeks in and I understand getting becoming acclamated in a new job, however it is just bad culture and no candidate loves being left to just wonder and not hear a yay or the common thank you nay.
