Interview
I applied online and shortly after received a link to complete a survey to provide a little more information about my experience. After completing the survey, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. The interview went well and ended with the interviewer saying “we will be in touch with the next steps in the process.” I never heard back, even after sending multiple follow-ups. I would have appreciated the courtesy of a response, even if that response was that they were no longer interested.

Interview
Got a review through an internal referral process, took a few weeks to schedile the interview. Ince scheduled, it was a zoom video call for 1 hour. The interviewer was polite but not very engaging / motivated.
Very easy, no specific questions. Just make sure you understand some scientific material relating to the job that you are trying to apply for. Very easy interview and very chill otherwise.
