I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Natera (Austin, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews (one with recruiter, one with hiring manager and one with team lead). Given verbal offer then ghosted afterwards with no response to follow up attempts. Very disappointing for an entry level position

Question 1
How will you continually operate with excellence with redundant tasks?
I was contacted first by the recruiter and later had an interview with the manager. Both were very responsive and answered any questions I had. Both were knowledgeable about the department.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Natera (Austin, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
Five minutes I applied, a recruiter asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my skills and experience and whether or not I was willing to accept a salary of $20.50-$22. After submitting, recruiter emailed me again to schedule an interview with the team. The interview was with two people a supervisor and manager (i think). They did not ask any technical questions. A lot of behavioral questions, what I want to see in a supervisor, and my career goals and why I want to work there. They emphasized that the work is like working in a factory and it’s always busy.

Question 1
How do you handle a conflict with another coworker?
I had my interview over the phone. It lasted briefly for about 15 minutes. Afterwards they had me set up a date for a second interview over zoom. The initial interview felt more like a screening process for initial applicants rather than a traditional interview.
