pretty easy mostly customer service questions lady was really nice and professional, you are required to take a test upon getting hired, training is for a week but if you dont pass the final test at the end of the week you will not get to job, if you do you get hired and get paid for the training week, overall the interview process was fair.

It was stressful and long at the end it wasn't worth it. Pay was okay for 2019 but the stress you deal with back-to-back calls don't even make it seem like it worth it.

I didn't last long after starting once i got on the phone I quickly learned the pay wasn't worth the stress.
I'm in the middle of it, but so far so good. It all occurred over zoom and was quick and professional. They were knowledgeable and friendly. It was an initial phone call, followed up with about an hour with a manager.
