After that process, I met up with three different people and they all ask the same question which I gave the same answer to all three of them.

They invite you in for to interview with someone who is suppose to be a manager I guess. They first have you fill out a form and answer 3-4 basic math questions. I interviewed with someone who has only been there a couple of months, not even a year. The interview was somewhat awkward being that I'm a manger myself in my current field and do alot of recruiting and interviewing. However, I feel that I answered all the questions extremely well but I believe they're not looking for people that have a clear focus on career advancement. I feel as if the person was still training for their role as well
