First, you get a phone interview. Then, you take a 3 question math exam (simple percentage question, such as multiplying 100 by 25%). Afterwards, you get an interview by some HR guy. Lastly, you'll get another interview the same day by a team lead. Both are very relaxed. If you make it through all this, they will ask for references and schedule a training class. You must pass this training class in order to get the job. Generally, the class is packed with people as the company is rapidly expanding and they're hiring a lot. The class lasts a week and then you're given a written exam over everything taught, as well as an oral test (role-playing) with a team-lead and a manager. If you pass both, you get the job. I believe nearly 10 people in my class were sent home. Also, those who make it through it receive compensation for the days spent here. Real training begins afterwards.
