National Fire Protection Association Director interview questions

Met with talent management, hiring manager, peers, and team members. Each prepared questions; the process was comfortable and engaging. Talent management screened me for my qualifications and interest in the position. The hiring manager was interested in my experience and how I would approach the job goals, objectives, and my thoughts on the NFPA mission. The team was more interested in how I would lead them and interact with them on a daily basis.
