Several interviews in one day, which was fine, although I didn't realize it ahead of time, nor was it exactly communicated. The interviews were definitely intense and thorough, which also helped drive home that this is a serious job/field/company. It was definitely more high stakes than I realized. In spite of that, I appreciated the process. One thing that did turn me off though: unpaid work to supplement your application. I understand vetting people but you should pay them for their time.
