Had a good experience. I met with Plant Manager, Human Resource Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Assistant Plant Manager all at the same time. They were all very friendly and relaxed. They allowed me to explain a series of layoffs and Job changes, due to a the stagnant economy. They presented their needs well and expectations. They were not scrutinizing in every detail, so as to make one feel uncomfortable.
